EYE BALL RETURNS FOR ITS THIRD EDITION
Eye Ball returns for its third edition, inviting you into an evening of conversation, connection, celebration, and ballroom culture.
This edition is inspired by the Solar Plexus Chakra, the energy center associated with identity, self confidence, personal power, and the relationship we have with ourselves. Through this theme, we explore what it means to stand in your truth, trust your voice, and move through the world with confidence.
The evening begins with an intimate panel conversation hosted by ZayZay, featuring Aiko, Qi'Shawn, and Micheline. Together, they will explore the spiritual side of ballroom and the personal journeys that unfold on and beyond the runway.
Spirituality means different things to different people. Some find it through religion, others through nature, symbols, numbers, or intuition. But at its core, spirituality is about connection to yourself, your purpose, and your inner voice.
When someone walks a category, there is often more happening than what meets the eye. There is intention, emotion, energy, and a conversation between the performer and their spirit. What does that conversation sound like? Does it change when the spotlight is on? Through honest storytelling and reflection, the panel invites us to explore these questions together.
Following the panel, the space transforms into a vibrant community celebration. Expect music, movement, and ballroom energy as we come together to honor self-expression, creativity, and chosen family.
The night features MC Bambi music by Miss Colombia, Princess Vineyard, Sacha, and Oishi, bringing sounds from across the ballroom community. Throughout the evening, ballroom elements will be woven into the program, offering both newcomers and community members an opportunity to experience the culture in an engaging and respectful way.
